Returns and Exchanges
Lost in Paradise accepts returns and exchanges on full price items, all sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Faulty Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty please take a photograph of the garment and send it to us at lostinparadise639@gmail.com.
Please also send the goods to our office at :

If the goods are found to be faulty we will replace them and refund your postage costs. Please note that this can only be claimed from within 5 days of receipt of the goods.
Goods can only be claimed if they are unworn and in original condition with all respective packing intact.

If you do not like the color of your purchase or the fit is not correct please advise us immediately upon receipt of the goods and duly return them to us to the above mentioned adddress.
Please return goods in complete original wrapping in original condition. If the item has been worn or washed we cannot exchange it.
Please note Lost in Paradise is not liable for any loss of return packages.
We will inspect the goods the validate condition before sending the replacement to you, please bear in mind they must be in original condition. We must receive the package before we will dispatch a replacement.
We are happy to exchange the goods but you will have to pay for the postage of the returned item and also for the cost of re-forwarding your replacement request.
Please also note that as different colors appear differently on different moniters there may be a slight variance to tone than what is shown on your screen.
Sale items cannot be exchanged.
